Tired of feeling like a day has passed without meaning? Looking for a deeper connection, but not sure where to start? Frustrated by parts of yourself that you can't seem to change? I've answered yes to all of these questions many times.
The fact is that life is hard.
The magic is that life is also AMAZING.
We have the choice: do we get caught up in the junk, or do we accept the trials and tribulations for what they are and approach our world as a Lifestyle Artisan?
A Lifestyle Artisan is one who practices living a fully-engaged life. They have taken on both the responsibilities and the privileges that come with realizing that there is more to life than a paycheck. They pay attention to the big ideas and the details. They are acutely aware of their energy, relationships, habits, and passions. Most of all, a Lifestyle Artisan has made the choice to craft a life with love that blesses the world.
In this course I will share with you a few of the tools, processes, and concepts that I have used with success in crafting my own life.
I don't claim to be perfect. Far from it! However, I know with certainty that real, profound changes have occurred in my life through the application of these ideas. It is my hope that you will find at least some part of this course to be useful in your own journey.
Big changes happen in small increments, so during this ten day course you will receive a number of emails. Each will contain an Exploration, a small thought or activity that builds on what has come before.
If you're busy, don't worry. I understand the fear of adding one more thing to our already crowded lives. That is why I have intentionally made the Explorations small enough that they should only take a few minutes to complete.
